ITB: Providing service in organizing an experience exchange and study tour to India from 15/04/2024 to 22/04/2024

WWF-Vi?t Nam, USIAD Biodiversity Conservation would like to invite bidders who are interested in our tender package: “Providing service in organizing an experience exchange and study tour to India from 15/04/2024 to 22/04/2024”.

How to apply:

Bidders are invited to submit documents via email to [email protected] , with the title “Ref FY24- 1367 BCA_[name of bidder]-Proposal_Organization of experience exchange and study tour to India ”. The maximum capacity of each email WWF-Vietnam can receive is 25MB.

Bidding documents must be protected by a password which will be kept by the bidder.  WWF-Viet Nam will request the password to open the bidding document before the date of opening.

The procuring Entity will receive the bidding documents until the submission deadline.  Any bid received by the Procuring Entity after the bid submission deadline will be declared late, rejected, and returned unopened to the bidder. Bidding documents will be rejected and considered invalid in case the bidder does not set a password for the financial proposal before sending it.

Submission deadline: 11:30 a.m (Hanoi ICT) March 15, 2024.
