IT Support

We seek IT support for our team.  The Consortium for Health Action (Health-Action) will be initiating a research study soon in Hanoi, Vietnam.  We currently need support with configuration of computers and will be needing support with camera set up and secure back-up of encrypted files.  Please see our website at health-action.org.

Required skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Windows, Office 365 and PC computers
• Strong working knowledge of android mobile phones
• Familiarity with encryption of external drives
• Good English skills
• Attention to detail

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support as needed
• Be available in Hanoi
