IT Specialist

Viet Nam – Industrial Pollution Management Project (VIPMP) comprises of 3 component projects, with a development objective of improving environmental compliance of industrial zones on a pilot basis, and will operate at national level and in four project provinces, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, in the period of 2013 – 2018 with possible extension in terms of scope and time.

The project component 01 - “Institutional Strengthening and Enforcement”, is managed and implemented by Vietnam Environment Administration, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, with the support of a project management unit (called MONRE PMU).  Further information of the Project is at http://www.ise.org.vn

The MONRE PMU is seeking a qualified local consultant for a full time post of IT Specialist to work in MONRE PMU with the project team, to join the team in implementing the project component 01 - “Institutional Strengthening and Enforcement”.

The successful candidate is expected to start working at the soonest possible upon common agreement between PMU and the candidate.  The contract is 01 year fixed term with 2 months of probation and renewable upon qualification and performance.
