Tuyen Quang Agriculture, Farmers and Rural Areas Support Project (TNSP) funded by International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) plans to recruit a competent and experienced international specialist for development of strategic plan for Women’s Development Fund in Tuyen Quang province (The detailed TOR is attached).
