International consultancy service to conduct a 3-day training course

WCS Viet Nam will collaborate with the Viet Nam Supreme People’s Procuracy (SPP) and designated lecturers and trainers to conduct a training course on using digital and financial evidence to prosecute wildlife crime for 20 in-service prosecutors who are joining the Wildlife Crime Leadership Initiative (WCLI) program in Viet Nam. Therefore, we are seeking an international consultancy service to conduct a 3-day training course as well as prepare for an internationally recognized accreditation of this training course. Interested candidates are invited to send a proposal, which must incorporate the following information:

Interested applicants/firms should submit:

1. a statement of capacity (no longer than 2 pages) that demonstrates their capacity to undertake this term of reference including experience providing similar services, appropriate technical expertise, and capability.
2. Brief proposal (no longer than 3 pages) of their proposed approach to this assignment, including a financial proposal.
3. two references from previous clients for related services.
