Vacancy: Human Resource Officer
Based in Hanoi

They are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Human Resource (HR) Officer to join Operation team. The successful candidate will be based in Hanoi.

Main Responsibilities
In collaboration with and under supervision of the HR Manager, an HR Officer is responsible to implement the tasks and issues related to SCiV staff and consultants following the organisation’s policies and procedures. To ensure Human Resource regulations on staff insurance are properly and timely addressed and personal data are filed appropriately and confidentially.

Key Competencies:
- University degree in human resource management, public administration, or other relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years experience in human resources implementation and management, preferably in international organizations, INGOs and/or bilateral organization
- Solid understanding of local labour laws, social insurance laws
- Proven knowledge and skills in Human Resource, administration, recruitment,  training and development
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy and to deal with a variety of highly confidential and sensitive issues with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Good prioritization skill and ability to coordinate a variety of work activities
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Proven commitment to children rights and equality of opportunity
- Good computer and IT skills.
