HR Consultant for ORACLE Project

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:

  • Vacancy: HR Consultant for ORACLE Project
  • Based in: Hanoi Office

Main Responsibilities:

The Consultant will help Vietnam Human Resources team to cover all tasks relating to the ORACLE Project launching to make sure it run smoothly in SCI Vietnam.

The Consultant will support the implementation of Human Resources ORACLE in SCI Vietnam and maintain the accuracy of HRIS data. This includes delivering preparation of the logistics and guidelines for its dissemination.

Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Administration, Information and Communication Technology, Data Management or others)
  • At least 03 years of working experience in Human Resource managing HR Information System, employee attendance/timesheet, and employee training
  • Good attitude and keep all data & information confidentially 
  • Good communication skill in English
  • Proven administration and record keeping ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds
  • Advance Computer literacy
  • Demonstrates quality by delivering a thoroughly tested system which meets established release criteria.
  • Uses good judgment in assessing system quality by considering the user needs
  • Demonstrates teamwork by accepting additional challenges and responsibilities and willingness to assist others
  • Demonstrates good time management skills by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills by anticipating problems and facilitating a resolution even when given incomplete information
