Fleet Assistant

MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnants of conflicts in current and former conflict zones. Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG has been working to maximize community safety and help those most-at risk reduce their chance of being in a UXO accident.

We are seeking a strong qualified Fleet Assistant who will proceed daily tasks on management of project fleet, mechanical assets, mechanical attachments, strimmers and generators in Quang Binh province.

Key requirements for the position include:

• Experience of vehicle repair, service and inspection.
• Experience of plant excavators and plant machines/strimmers.
• College diploma specialized in Fleet/ Automobile/ Automototive Engineering or Transport aspect.
• Have strong MS office skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint… and be a quick learner in new Fleet Management & Stock Management Systems (Fleetio, GPS tracking, Inventory Zoho).
• Ability to work in a dynamic and busy environment with strong individual teamwork skills
• Be able to problem solve in a fast and effective manner.
• Proactive, with the ability to foresee issues to prevent problems.
• To always work within the MAG Code of Conduct.
• Must hold a valid driving license (from B2 and above).
