Firm or consultant group to conduct a Mental health study in 2024

We are looking for a firm or consultant group to conduct a Mental health study in 2024.

The selection criteria can be found in the attached “Appendix 2 – Selection criteria”.

Interested suppliers can send their competitive packages in English via email including:

• Copy of business license, or establishment, or operation license for firm or research institute, or research organization, and/or Identity card and PIT code for group of consultants.
• Technical proposals for Mental health study based on TOR.
• Financial proposals with breakdown cost (attached Appendix 1 – RFQ) and with confirmation to comply with SCI compulsory policies (as mentioned in Appendix 1- RFQ).
• CVs of team leader and team members.
• List of verified publications/ reports.
• Evidence of sustainability criteria.

The competitive offer package must be received no later than 17:00 on April 21, 2024. Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.

• Technical proposal and commercial proposal should be submitted in 2 separate emails:

1. The subject of the email should be Email 1: “PR446915/Bidder Response – ‘Supplier Name’- ‘Date- Technical proposal,
2. and Email 2: “PR446915/Bidder Response – ‘Supplier Name’- ‘Date- Commercial proposal.

• All attached documents should be clearly labeled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails. 
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.
