They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Vietnamese individual working full time with our dynamic team in Hanoi for below position:
Job Title: FINANCE OFFICER
Report to: Finance Manager
Job purposes:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing & controlling contract compliance of government and local partners.

Major duties:
- Working closely with the partners to get regular and accurate financial reports as per schedule in the sub-contracts/awards
- Checking financial reports of provinces and confirm with both PSIVN’s and partner’s accountants for processing payment.
- Regular tracking of expenses for all sub-contracts/awards based on financial reports received from partners. Updating the Tracking sheet for internal control of all Sub-contracts/awards.
- Working closely with the Program Manager to ensure that all expenses are in line with the provincial work plans and budget line items as per approved budget – to be monitored on a quarterly basis and on monthly basis when needed.
- Identifying access and manage risks associated with sub-contracts/awards.
- Preparing or reviewing account reconciliation and analyses of PSI/VN bank accounts, accounts receivable, inventory, and advances to staff and suppliers.
- Acting as secondary liaison and key operator with accounting software. Supervise the accounts payable and disbursement functions:
- Other duties assigned by the Finance Manager

Selection criteria
- University/Master’s Degree in related field;
- 2-5 years experience in accounting activities
- Responsiveness, carefulness, good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Good at written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Experience working in NGOs will be a plus
- Good command of email system, MS Office applications
