Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC) is a local NGO with a legal status working to empower communities of people with disabilities and other mariganized groups (ethnic minority and women)

• 1 Project Assistant in Hue
• 1 Project Assistant in Quang Tri
• 1 Finance and Accounting Manager
