Field Finance & Administration Coordinator

WWF Vietnam Country Programme is one country component of the WWF Greater Mekong and is the implementing arm for projects in Vietnam mainly in Central Annamites, Southern Annamites and the Mekong Delta. Our major activities focus on Freshwater, Forestry, Marine and Aquaculture, Agriculture and Agroforestry, Policy and Advocacy.
They are currently seeking for an well-qualified and experienced candidate to fill a full-time position of FIELD FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR. The position will be based in Hue city, Vienam with frequent travel to Quang Nam and Quang Tri provinces

Main responsibilities:
The Field Finance & Administration Coordinator (FFAC) position reports to Chief Accountant of WWF Vietnam and acts as focal point of all field operation issues between Country Office and Central Annamites Landscape Offices. Based in the field, s/he will provide support to Central Annamites Landscape Manager (CALM) in overseeing the operation of offices in the landscape including accounting, financial and administration management. It is not limited to implementing and monitoring the progress of annual operation action plan. Ensures a sound internal control system is in place and effectively implemented at all offices in landscape. Leads the operation team to deliver transparent, timely and accurate reports and ensure the compliance of activities in the landscape in line with the policies and procedure of WWF Greater Mekong and donor as well as regulation Vietnam authorities.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years working experiences in the senior finance management positions with strong administrative skills and a proven track record of leadership.
- Experience in implementing and monitoring the compliance of finance and accounting system, policies and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of financial management, accounting and administration.
- Good knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems and international accounting standards
- Good knowledge of Vietnam finance related regulations as well as accounting practices of INGOs in Vietnam
- Good working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets and financial analysis.
- Good knowledge of requirements of major Bi-lateral Aid Agencies is preferred
- Experience of working in multi-cultural environment is an advantage
- Good management, communications, planning and organizational skills; Good coordination and training skills
- Must be able to nurture and promote a team approach;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese; at least working level skills in English language.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to stay on task
- Networking skills, and proven capability to work well with government counterparts and private sector.
- Must be able to work independently in remote areas for long periods;
- Very good skills in use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
