Director of Center

Background

COHED is a  Vietnamese non-profit organization working throughout the country to improve the lives of the most vulnerable communities and individuals. The organization is specialized in public health research/intervention, sustainable poverty reduction and climate change response.

Position

In response to the new operational scope and organizational development strategy, COHED is looking for a candidate who is highly qualified for the post of Director of the Center.

• Long-term contract with probation period of 6 months
• Salary scale: minimum start of 2,000 USD

Scope of work

Key responsibilities will include:

• Be responsible  for the organizational leadership and development in line with the mission and the vision;
• Be accountable to the Government and Vusta for the operation of the Center
• Take overall responsibility for the technical, financial and human resource management.
• Take main responsibility for fund raising to support the operation and development of the organization in collaboration with other key management staff.

Qualification Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Business Management, Public Health, Development or related fields
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years working experience of organizational management/leadership
• Knowledgeable of institutional development and project management
• Have good professional and personal profile
• Candidates from 35-45 age-range will be given priorities
