A.      Requirements

Nationality:

Foreign nationality or Vietnamese nationality

Educational Level:

Master Graduated or Higher  education in Economic, Auditing, Finance, Intenational Business or other related field

Work Experience:

  • At least 5-10 years experiences in business development;
  • Have experiences in management position, experiences in finding grant funds from international organization such as USAID, WB, ADB…for sustainable livelihood development at banking/finance digital, health and gender, climate change, value change, SMEs support, business development
  • Well experiences of working for governance, non-governmental

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • Strong proposal writing skills, experience  in writing proposals for development with different donors
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in team.

B.        Purpose

Deputy Director will work and report directly works to Director in all development of Institutes to help to achieve MACDI’s strategic objectives minimize the risks and improve operations of business.

C.        Responsibility

With Director, Deputy Director play an important role, she/he will work closely with Director and provide executive leadership, management, delivering to sustain a growth plan via operational excellence and effective compliance:

  • Manage projects of MACDI and develop new projects and proposals
  • Develop strategic of finding sources of grants from international organizations;
  • Operational and administrative decisions with a focus on process improvement;
  • Building plan development in project, procedure which related to sustainable livelihood development, micro-finance, climate change, health and gender;
  • Give out strategies and targets for project, bidding procedure;
  • Overall strategy development incorporating financial budgets, operational, marketing and human resources;
  • Building relationships with donors, partners and maintain the relationships
  • Responsible to the Director and other related duties required by the Director.

A.      Requirements

Educational Level:

Master degree or Higher education in economics, business administration, project management, development or similar

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination/management;
  • Experience in working with international organizations and government agencies;
  • Experience in procurement, managing social development projects, micro-finance and livelihoods;
  • Excellent English skills in both speaking and writing;
  • Ability to cope up with high pressure, work independently and in team.

Skills:

  • Strong proposal writing skills, experience in writing proposals for development with different donors;
  • Strong problem solving skills;

B.          Purpose

Manager of Project and Bid Proposal will work and report directly works to Director, to help to achieve MACDI’s strategic objectives minimize the risks and improve operations of business.

C.          Responsibility

Bidding implementation:

  • To find the new bidding package and new proposal call
  • To set up the expert network to joint bidding with MACDI
  • To prepare the technical proposal and financial proposal based on investor’s requirement.
  • Coordinate the organization of training, workshops and conferences
  • Collecting qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources, in-depth interview, survey…
  • Process and analysis data

Project implementation:

  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of project activities
  • Identify, select, negotiate and contract with experts
  • Support, coordinate and monitor expert’s works
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients, partners and experts
  • Prepare budgets for events, trainings, workshops and conferences.
  • Identify, select, negative and contract with suppliers
  • Coordinate the organization of events, trainings, workshops and conferences
  • Other tasks as assigned by director
  • Project development
  • Support searching for new business opportunities
  • Write proposals and prepare for dossier applications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and experts

A.      Requirements

University graduated or Higher education in economics, business administration, finance, banking, foreign trade, or similar

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in finance and banking, auditing and accounting, at least 2 years in management
  • Experience in working with international organizations and government agencies; bank and institution, financial organization, donors;
  • Ability to organize and manage work in a scientific way;
  • Communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to cope up with high pressure, work independently and in team.

B.          Purpose

Manager of Capital Departmentwill work and report directly to Director, to help to achieve MFSD’s strategic objectives minimize the risks and improve operations of business.

C.          Responsibility

Responsibility of planning, monitoring activities:

  • Learn, research and approach credit institutions government agencies, agencies, or organizations other potential support grants or grants take credit for microfinance activities or attend project of the organization;
  • Prepare plans and strategies for mobilization capital sources in each period and every year, monitoring director and chairman of MFSD management board;
  • Organizing, guiding the implementation, deployment, monitor, evaluate and report on the entire application process funding and capital mobilization;
  • Monitoring and controlling the annual report to meet the require of sponsors;
  • Developing relationship with the international and national donors as well as finding the new sponsor;
  • Participate in forum and events to fund raising for MFSD;
  • Organize the event to mobilize and seek cooperate opportunities with credit organization, non-organization government…

Human resource management and control finance:

  • Budget estimate for annual expense – revenue and submit to BOD;
  • Follow up and report on mobilization progress capital and mobilization level in accordance with the next financial planning of MFSD;
  • Guidance, support, inspection, monitor implementation and evaluate results the work of the employees;

Marketing management and public relationship:

  • Communication management (through the social media, email, etc.).
  • Contact the writing experts, printing facilities ...to prepare materials for promoting activities and mobilize capital.
  • Meeting with potential embassies with capital sources power.
