Consulting Team to Carry out the Final Evaluation of the Ha Tinh Agricultural Development Project

Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is seeking to hire a local consulting team to carry out the final evaluation of the Ha Tinh Agricultural Development Project funded by Canada. Please find attached the Terms of Reference for the assignment which is expected to be completed by the end of October 2019.
