Save the Children International is seeking for a consulting firm to conduct a Qualitative Study on factors that prevent /promote reading  habits of primary school students in Tay Giang (Quang Nam), Van Chan and Mu Cang Chai (Yen Bai) for the project “ Enhancing School Readiness and Learning Outcomes of Ethnic Minority Children in Vietnam”.
