Consultants to Conduct HepC Research

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research/consultant agency to collect data and make field work report following PSI objective in 3 provinces (Hanoi, Thai nguyen & Ho Chi Minh city) . Could you please study the details in the attached file and send us your quotation paying attention to the followings:

1.      Use PSI quotation FORMAT PSI – Service – 2013 – 06 attached for your quotation

2.      Properly sign and stamp your quotation & technical proposal

3.      Indicate outside the envelop with: Quotation “Conduct HepC research in 3 provinces – No. 2012-06”

4.      Send your quotation via one of the followings:

- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 4th Floor, Side B, Toserco Building, 273 Kim Ma, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address
- Send it via email [email protected]

The deadline for submitting quotation is 10:00 AM 1st April, 2013. Quotation which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
