REACH, a non-profit organization operating in the field of counseling and vocational support for disadvantaged youth, needs to recruit a Consultant or a consulting group to conduct consultation and evaluation of the training program for the period of 2019-2022 and development strategy of REACH Institute in the period of 2022-2027.
