Consultant/Consultant Team: Research to inform Vietnam’s Reform of the Law on Human Trafficking Prevention and Control

Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation serves children in crisis throughout Vietnam. We believe that every child deserves exceptional care and a chance to thrive. Blue Dragon kids are street kids, children with disabilities, and young people who have been trafficked. After rescuing children from danger and slavery, we reunite them with their family and provide all the services needed for recovery and growth while advocating for improvements to policy and law.

During 2022, the Ministry of Public Security will be leading a process to review the Law on Human Trafficking Prevention and Control (2011). The Ministry has invited Blue Dragon to be part of this review process.

To support the Ministry, and to ensure that the new law considers international good practice in combatting and preventing human trafficking, particularly trauma informed approaches to victim protection and support, Blue Dragon is commissioning some research on specific topics.
