Background:
Risk communication is a core capacity area for managing disease outbreaks and other public health emergencies, which WHO Member States are required to develop under the International Health Regulations (IHR) (2005).

Hagar Vietnam was launched in 2009 in response to the growing magnitude of violence and human trafficking, as well as the severe lack of services available for victims/survivors in Vietnam.
