DAI, the implementer of the USAID-funded Digital Frontiers project, invites qualified offerors to submit proposals to provide support to USAID/Vietnam to provide a combination of leadership and support, including supplying long-term and short-term technical assistance for the Vietnam E-Government Capacity Building program 2020 - 2022. The team would be expected to collaborate closely with the Government of Vietnam Office of the Government and USAID/Vietnam throughout the period of performance across four different activities focused on E-Government capacity building.
