Consultant to Support Documentation of PRPP Project’s Results and Impact, 2012-2016

The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.

The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.

In order to achieve the objectives of Project, in the last 4 years PRPP project has implemented technical support activities at central level, including support to Poverty Reduction Coordination Office (PRCO)/MOLISA – the leading ministry, and CEMA in cooperating with line ministries to integrate policy review and policy revision effectively through policy research, consultation and workshops/policy forums, etc. At provincial level, PRPP project has support capacity building in better implementation of NTP-SPR for provincial/district/commune staff through trainings, workshops and promotion of initiatives and effective practices in development of poverty reduction models in 8 selected provinces: Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Dien Bien, Thanh Hoa, Quang Ngai, Kon Tum and Tra Vinh.

Therefore, PRPP project needs to recruit a consultancy team to cooperate and provide technical support to central level and provincial level (8 selected provinces) in consolidating and documenting all of PRPP project’s technical support results and impact
