Consultant Service for Project Final Evaluation

Plan International is looking for a consultancy service to conduct a final evaluation for the project title "Supporting REACH development and HCMC expansion project". More details can be found in the attached ToR.

The consultant(s) or consultancy companies who are interested in taking this consultancy are requested to submit a brief proposal including detailed timeline, evaluation framework and methodologies, expected consultant fee, and logistics along with C.V. to:
