For a consultant to review and finalize presentation on COVID-19 vaccination
under the MOMENTUM project in Vietnam

I.               Background

PATH is an international, non-profit organization that creates sustainable, culturally relevant solutions that enable communities worldwide to break longstanding cycles of poor health. By collaborating with diverse public- and private-sector partners, we help provide appropriate health technologies and vital strategies that change the way people think and act. Our work improves global health and well-being.

Under the MOMENTUM project funded by USAID, PATH has been providing technical support for Vietnam’s Ministry of Health (MOH) to strengthen the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in 5 selected disadvantage provinces. Due to limitation of resources in terms of human resources, time and budget to conduct trainings/refresh trainings for health workers and volunteers supporting for the COVID-19 vaccination campaign at commune level, the MOMENTUM project develops e-learning contents for COVID-19 vaccination related topics and upload to the existing e-learning system which was developed by IDEAL project and currently be hosted by National Expanded Program on Immunization. Through e-learning system, health workers and volunteers can access to updated knowledge on COVID-19 vaccination related topics to improve their awareness and practices then improve the coverage and quality of the campaign.

II.              Scope of work

The consultant will review and finalize the pre-developed presentations used in the Training of Trainers on COVID-19 vaccination.

III.            Required Experiences and Skills

  • Have at least 5-year experience on vaccine and immunization prefer to those have experience on COVID-19 vaccination implementation.
  • Have experience on developing training materials (documents, guideline, presentation) and delivering presentations as a trainer.
  • Have knowledge and experience on e-learning program or online/virtual trainings.

IV.            Responsibilities of Consultant

To review and finalize the pre-developed presentations used in the Training of Trainers on COVID-19 vaccination. These materials will be used to develop e-learning contents for the COVID-19 vaccination campaign, estimated number of working days for consultant listed by presentations below:
