Consultant to carry out Quantitative survey on HIV

USAID/Health Policy Initiative Vietnam (USAID/HPI) is a five year USAID funded project that aims to assist the collaborative efforts of the Government of Vietnam, U.S. Government, civil society organizations and other stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based and best practice-driven laws, policies, plans, and programs for HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment, and impact mitigation in Vietnam.
USAID/HPI Vietnam is seeking a qualified Vietnamese organization to carry out a quantitative survey on migration of PLHIV, HIV treatment registration, and health insurance categorization for PLHIV in conjunction with a qualitative survey on attitudes of service providers to treating PLHIV under the existing SHI scheme in Vietnam.
