Consultant for Baseline Study

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Vietnam is looking for a competent consultant to carry out a Baseline study for the project ”Developing high quality tea value chains for poverty reduction for ethnic minorities in northern Vietnam, Laos, and Myanmar”. Please see the ToR for more details.

The proposal should not exceed 4 pages. In addition to the proposal, sample of previous works, completed by the applicants and ideally similar to this study, should be included as an attachment to the email.
