Title: Consultancy for TOT on Commune Investment Fund in Cao Bang Province (Services)
Maximum budget:  18 500 EUR - performance period from April 2012 to June 2012
The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services for institutional strengthening and project management in Cao Bang Province (Services)” on behalf of Project VIE/029 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any qualified individual consultants specialised in the areas of training of trainers on activities under the commune investment fund.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the areas of training of trainers on activities under the commune investment fund, and application of different study tools and methods.

The start of the contract is foreseen from April 2012 until June 2012 for the duration within 03 months. Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cao Bang town, Cao Bang Province. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated to 18 500 EUR.

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The latter are available on request at the postal and email addresses given below. The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) firms evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
