WCS Viet Nam is seeking consultancy service provider(s) to develop guidelines on the procedure of handling cases of violating legal regulations on wildlife protection.

1. Agency capacity profile
2. Updated CVs with relevant working experience and products of all participants to the project;
3. A technical proposal with a detailed activity implementation plan;
4. A financial proposal (including the total of working days and daily rate/person including Personal Income Tax, the role of each person; and related fees for producing the materials)
