The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project in Tra Vinh Province is funded by Global Affairs Canada. The project is implemented from 2014 to 2020. The final objectives of the project are to increase the number and enhance the competitive capacity of SMEs in Tra Vinh.

The project has three components:

• Component 1: Small and Medium Enterprise Development.
• Component 2: Build small scale infra -structure works supporting SMEs development.
• Component 3: Build capacity of public sector supporting SMEs development.

SME Tra Vinh in collaboration with Tra Vinh Department of Education and Training organize the training session on developing start - up initiatives session on developing start up for junior high schools in Tra Vinh.

The training course should provide junior high school students in Tra Vinh with general knowledge in business startups so that the junior high school students in Tra Vinh will have an overview about this field.

Tra Vinh Department of Education and Training is seeking the consultant entitle: Formatting the training session on developing start up for junior high schools in Tra Vinh ( attached ToR).
