WWF Viet Nam is looking for a service provider (consultant or team of consultants) to conduct Feasibility Study (FS) of banks’ dedicated green credit line for the textile sector.

Supervised by:          Textile Program Manager WWF - Viet Nam

Work location:           Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

Duration:                   April 2021 to June 2021.

HOW TO BID: 

Successful Consultant should meet the following key qualification criteria:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of working with Vietnam textile sector in general and sustainability aspect in specific;

  • Good understanding of Vietnamese and regional/ global textile sector including market growth. Experience in research and study of Vietnam textile sector is a must

  • Good understanding of Vietnamese banking sector. Experience in credit provision to the textile and garment sector is an advantage

  • Proven resource efficiency project experiences in the textile sector. Have good knowledge of Best Available Technologies and good practices of the textile sector in water/energy/resource efficiency.

  • Good understanding of the TOR and practical approach proposed to meet the TOR requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Experience working with research, primary and secondary data collection and other relevant professionals;

  • Writing proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages.

Proposal format

1.   Proposal Cover Letter signed by a person authorised to sign on behalf of the Consultant;

2.   CV & Summary of relevant experience and projects; 

3.   Technical Approach/Proposal for completing the deliverables;

4.   Work plan;

5.   Financial proposal.
