Consultancy to provide psychological support to identified children in three project districts of Tan Phu, Tan Binh, and Binh Tan
Under the framework of the project Technical Assistance Project on Capacity Building for Prevention and Reduction of Child Labour in Vietnam (ENHANCE), funded by the US Department of Labour, the International Labour Organization (ILO) has been in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour Invalid and Social Affair (MOLISA) to carrying out activities in three interconnected components: capacity building, awareness raising and direct intervention in three provinces and cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and An Giang province.
Following up the results and recommendations of the assessment on the status of children in needs of psychological support in HCMC, the project will provide support to identified children regarding individual psychological counselling and group-based psychological education activities depending on the level of psychological effects. To do this the ILO/ENHANCE is looking for a service provider specialized in psychological counselling to provide psychological support to identified children in three project districts of Tan Phu, Tan Binh, and Binh Tan as attached Term of Reference.
The interested institutions are invited to submit their proposal to ENHANCE project consisting of
- Relevant experience and capacity of consulting firm associate with psychological support to children, especially children belong to the vulnerale groups.
- Technical proposal including methodology, proposed activities to support children, detailed intervention plan to children in need of psychological support and cost proposal with breakdown based on detailed activities.
- Detailed CVs of proposed psychologists for the assignment.
The proposals must be submitted in English to the ENHANCE Project via email to [email protected] with copy sent to [email protected] before 5.00 P.M. on September 11th , 2023 (GMT + 7 - Hanoi time). Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Only short-listed entities will be contacted for further discussion.
