Consultancy service to carry out final evaluation for the project  “Promoting Early Childhood Care and Development for Disadvantaged Ethnic Minority Children in Lai Chau province, Vietnam”

Organization: Plan International Vietnam, re-established in 1993, is an international child-centered community development organization working in 73 countries. Plan is working in partnership with local people; organizations and government bodies to help children in Vietnam meet their basic needs as well as expand their opportunities to reach their full potential.

Project: Plan in Vietnam has initiated a project titled “Promoting Early Childhood Care and Development for Disadvantaged Ethnic Minority Children in Lai Chau province, Vietnam” funded by European Commission has been implemented from Feb 2017 in four communes of Phong Tho district of Lai Chau province, Vietnam where disadvantaged children are living, continues to sustain and further expand these results but with more efforts to link with child early learning at school and at home to ensure the smooth transition of children from home/preschool to primary education and the project will be completed by December 2019

Plan International Viet Nam is seeking a a qualified Vietnamese consultancy firm/group to lead and complete the final evaluation for this project in close collaboration with Plan in Vietnam staff. Please refer to the attached ToR for more details.

Position: Consultant team

Working location: Phong Tho district, Lai Chau province

Working duration: From November- December 2019.
