Consultancy for assessment of disability service delivery in Bac Lieu province

VNAH is looking for a qualified Vietnamese national to conduct assessment of the disability service delivery in Bac Lieu province.   The assessment is part of the USAID funded Activity (DIRECT) and implemented by  Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) (www.vnah-hev.org).  The Activity aimed at improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities through provision of direct assistance and strengthening capacity of local service provision systems.
