Job Description The Communications Officer will be responsible for Blue Dragon’s child sponsorship system, volunteer management, and some administrative duties. The Greater Mekong Communicable Diseases Control Project is seeking a motivated and competent person to help its Regional Coordination Unit (RCU) maintain its GMS CDC website. The RCU has numerous documents that need to be added to its website through a content management system. The job is contract-based, approx. for 7 hours per week, and paid 120-150US$ a month (pending on experience and performance). After an in-depth briefing by the Regional Coordination Unit (RCU) in Hanoi, the incumbent may chose to work at the RCU or from home (provided the incumbent disposes of a computer and a proper Internet connection); however he/she will need to meet at least once a week at the RCU for a verbal report of activities and expose difficulties encountered.
