Who are we looking for?

We are looking for one (01) Intern to support 01 of our clients (Agriculture Cooperative) with Communication and Digital Marketing.  A dynamic, enthusiastic, inquisitive, and honest intern would fulfill our expectation.

Country: Hanoi - Vietnam, remote work might be considered.

Period: From March 2024 till June 2024

Deadline: 18 February 2024

Context

Digitalization, along with gender and climate change, plays as a cross-cutting issue in the current development projects. With the application of digitalization in almost every aspect, the government also targeted promoting digital transformation in the collective economy and cooperative with Directive 19/CT-TTg dated 3 June 2023.

With more than 25 active clients (agriculture cooperatives) in Vietnam, this year Agriterra aims to pilot at least 01 cooperative with the application of digital communications & marketing. Thus, we are seeking 01 Communications and Digital Marketing Intern to accelerate the digitalization of cooperative business development plan.

The assignment

The assignment aims.

• To promote one of Agriterra’s client visibility on social media channels (i.e Website, Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok).
• To enhance the design/ photo-taking skills of Agriterra client’s marketing and sales staff.
• To support the client with the writing and editing of marketing materials.
• To support the design of marketing materials, if needed.
• To line with the consultant on supporting the client with building and implementing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

Profile of the Intern

Knowledge and Experience:

• Basic experiences on communications and digital marketing, content creation (with a focus on promotion of agriculture products.)
• Experiences on managing and developing Facebook fan page.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Adobe package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere) or online platform like Piktochart or Canva.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Interest in community development and agriculture development.
• Have experiences with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee or Lazada is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Workplace

• Selected candidate will possibly go on a local business trip as required by the job. Expected at least 20% travel time. When joining business trip, allowance will be provided according to Agriterra policy.
• The internship is 4 months, and the intern is eligible for 3,5 days annual leave and 1.5 days sick leave according to Agriterra HR policy.
