The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung (RLS) is seeking for research proposal for exploring Covid-19 related social-ecological and social-economic impacts on vulnerable groups in the four mainland Southeast Asia
countries of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.
