We Effect works in 25 countries in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Southern and Eastern Africa. The target group of our development cooperation activities is women and men living in poverty, who are members or potential members of cooperative organizations, other democratic associations or informal groups working to achieve common goals. The support and commitment of our more than 60 member organizations are fundamental for all the activities of We Effect.

We Effect is seeking for qualified Auditor for our Europe/Asia Regional Office and South-east Asia Country Office in Vietnam and its projects for the fiscal year from January to December 2016.

Requirements:

• Accept and respect the principles and values of We Effect;
• Accept and respect the Laws of the countries;
• Experience in audit of not-for-profit organizations/ international organizations/ enterprises reporting according to international financial reporting standards;
• Approach tailored to not-for-profit, international organization;
• Ability to identify important risks that would affect the audited organizations;
• Examination of the financial statements according to International Standards on Auditing and issue of an opinion thereon in relation to the International Financial Reporting Standards;
• Preparation of the audit memorandum for each audited organization (based on We Effect template) on the review of the internal accounting controls and other matters arising from the audit which should be brought to the attention of the We Effect management;
• Reporting for the audit in English and strictly following the deadline of We Effect;

• Europe/ Asia Regional Office in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam
• South-east Asia Country Office in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam
• 01 project in Dong Thap province, Vietnam
• 01 project in Yen Bai province, Vietnam
• 01 project in Son La province and local office in Hanoi, Vietnam
• 01 project in A Luoi District with local office in Hue City, Thua Thien Hue province, Vietnam
• 01 project in Nghe An province and local office in Hanoi, Vietnam
• 01 project in Stung Treng and local office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
• 01 project in Siem Reap, Cambodia
• 01 project in Takeo and local office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
• 01 project in Maubin township and office in Yangon, Myanmar

Costs:

• Proposed audit fee (max. 1,500 USD per office or project)
• Estimated out-of-pocket expenses
