Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Southeast Asia – Representative Office in Vietnam (RLS Southeast Asia) - one of six political foundations of Germany supports partners in developing countries striving for social justice, strengthened public participation and economic development of their respective countries – would like to invite interested auditing companies to offer your quotation for the audit on RLS Southeast Asia:

·         Financial principle: comply to the German financial regulations and Vietnamese financial laws
·         Audit for the year 2012, 2013, 2014 on all financial reports by RLS Southeast and our cooperation partners in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar.
·         Time for audit of the year 2012: from 12/2013 to 4/2014
·         Scope of work: make the audit reports for RLS Southeast Asia and all partners, check financial reports and financial documents, conduct audit at 2 partners’ offices at least
·         Financial software: global IPAS (for Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Southeast Asia office) and excel file (for our partners)
