HELVETAS is a co-implementing partner with SwissContact to implement the Swiss Import and Export Program(SIPPO). Out of the 11 countries globally, the component in Vietnam will enhance the performance of selected BSOs in Vietnam in order to enable them to provide export promotion services. In 2022 SIPPO has launched the SIPPO Guiding Principe in Sustainable Trade  in 6 sectors which SIPPO is working on. In order to introduce those documents to the BSOs in Vietnam, SIPPO would like to do a review and recommendation on current situation of sustainability guideline in Vietnam.

We are now looking for a or a group of qualified consultant(s) to do the assessment. Please refer to the attached TOR for more details.
