Vacancy: Administration Intern
Based in Hanoi

They are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Admin Intern to join operation team. The successful candidate will be based in Hanoi.

Main Responsibilities
This position is responsible to assist in regular country program administration activities; be responsible for reception of the office. Admin Intern will work closely with other admin team members to make sure operation functions of Hanoi Office go smoothly and efficiently.  

Person specification:
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese essential
- Good skills in translating and interpreting
- Experienced as a secretary or junior administrative assistant be preferred
- Computer literacy.
