Accounting Business Analyst for Oracle Light Implementation Project, WWF-Greater Mekong

WWF is seeking to recruit 2 full-time Accounting Business Analysts to support GMPO during OL rollout process.  One Accounting Business Analysts will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam  and will be in charge of our offices in Hanoi, Yangon and the other one will be based in Bangkok and will be in charge of our offices in Bangkok, Vientiane and Phnom Penh. Both are expected to contribute to GMPO performance in particular, through effectively backing up local resource engaged in the implementation of financial processes migration to Oracle Financials The role of the Accounting Business Analysts will be a combination of supporting WWF local finance staff in their daily work so they can be released part time for the project and to provide business analyst support while working with the OL Rollout Coordinator.

Base location: Hanoi, Vietnam and Bangkok, Thailand

Key requirements:

• Certified accountant; good knowledge of ACCPAC, Oracle R12 financial module. Knowledge of WWF policies such as Field Operation Manual will be an advantage
• At least 5 years in audit and financial consultancy, for one of the big consultancy firms, with multi-country stakeholders, preferably in the NGO sector; 3+ using Oracle E-business financial modules
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment
• Exceptionally strong analytical skills with ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
• Aptitude for clear and concise oral and written communication
• Proficiency in MS office and accounting software. Knowledge of ACCPAC would be an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken English
