03 National Consultants

The Sub-Project Management Unit of Project “Support for the implementation of Resolution No. 80/NQ-CP on directions for sustainable poverty reduction (2011–2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012 – 2015)” aims at supporting for Resolution No. 80 of the Government of Vietnam on directions for sustainable poverty reduction (2011 – 2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012 – 2015). The project is funded by UNDP and co-funded by Irish Government with a counterpart fund from the Government
of Vietnam. Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) is the implementing agency of the project, Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs (CEMA)/Department of Ethnic Minority Policy is co-implementing agencies. The project is implemented from May September 2012 to December 2016 under National Implementing Methodology (NIM).

The PMU of the Sub-Project “Support for the implementation of Resolution No. 80/NQ-CP on directions for sustainable poverty reduction (2011 – 2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012 – 2015)” at CEMA is currently looking for 03 qualified candidates to work as National Consultants for providing technical assistance for development of the manual on communes investment ownership (CIO) bidding for infrastruction in communes, villages and extremely difficulty of ethnic Minority, mountainous and costal area under NTP-SPR.
