02 National Advisors to Conduct Training Course on Facilitation Skills

Project “Strengthening institutional capacity for disaster risk management in Vietnam, including climate change related risks – Phase 2 (SCDM-II)” will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) in collaboration with Oxfam GB in Vietnam, Vietnam Red Cross Society (VNRC) and Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU). The objective of the project is to improve capacities of the Standing Office of the Central Committee for Flood and Storm Control (CCFSC), provincial Committees for Flood and Storm Control and partners in 22 selected provinces for disaster risk management to undertake improved humanitarian responses and utilize a range of early recovery options that address weather related disasters in the context of climate change.

The project needs to recruit two national advisors in order to conduct a training course on facilitation skills. Please see the attached ToR for further information.
