TERMS OF REFERENCE: Support for the design & piloting of a participatory approach for collecting information on social safeguards associated with implementing REDD+ activities
The Sustainable Natural Resource Management (SNRM) Project is a bilateral technical cooperation project funded and assisted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) with the project duration of five years from August 2015 to August 2020. It consists of four key components covering policy development (Component 1), REDD+ and sustainable forest management in the Northwest (Component 2), biodiversity conservation in Lam Dong (Component 3), and information and knowledge sharing (Component 4).
The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (short forms the “RLS” or “Rosa”) originated from the registered association in Germany once called "Social Analysis and Political Education" and founded in Berlin in 1990. In 1996, the RLS was recognised by the Party of Democratic Socialism (PDS) as its close political education institution. World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the position: Area Development Program (ADP) Coordinator (01 position) based in Tua Chua district, Dien Bien province.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
With the new ADP structure, this position is to provide support to Development Facilitators (DFs), Sponsorship Facilitator and ADP Manager in compiling the ADP reports, accompanying visitors, maintaining a routine DME system of the ADP. This position is also to work with technical departments to coordinate training courses or events which are held at the district level and help with other administrative tasks of the ADP.
