Lux-Development, the Executing Agency for Bilateral Co-operation financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is assisting the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) of Cao Bang and a number of technical line ministries and departments by delivery of international and national TA and capacity building to implement the initiative called “Developing Business with the Rural Poor”, which is part of a province-wide programme in the Cao Bang province - predominantly designed by- and financed through- loan support from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), commenced in mid-2008. The recently launched project VIE/029 - “Technical Assistance” (TA) towards “Developing Business with the Rural Poor in Cao Bang” has a planned duration of 3 years.
They are now seeking qualified candidates to the position of Evaluation Consultant CSR - to evaluate the impact of a 3 year pilot project recently completed.
The evaluation task is to undertake “An External Impact Evaluation of the Pilot Business Social Compliance Initiative on Labour Standards and Social Responsibility among Selected Vietnamese Supplier and Sub-Contractor Companies to the Finland Retail Sector”. World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the position of FINANCE OFFICER/ BOOKKEEPER (4 positions) working for Area Development Programs (ADP) of Dien Bien Dong, Muong Cha and Tua Chua in Dien Bien province and Tram Tau in Yen Bai province.
Main Responsibilities: The position assists the ADP Manager in maintaining the books of accounts and other financial records of the project & adhering to the financial standards of World Vision financial system to ensure accountability.

The project Technical Assistance Support for Management of Program 135-II (SM-P135) is implemented by the State Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs (CEM) in collaboration with Niras Finland (consultant company), and under agreement between the Governments of Vietnam and Finland. The project works to improve management of the Program for Socio-economic Development of Extremely Difficult Communes in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas (P135) in order to alleviate ethnic minority poverty.
The project is now seeking applications from Vietnamese nationals for one of its Program Facilitator positions. The position is based in Hanoi with travel to the project’s 8 partner provinces. The likely duration of contract is 16 months with possible extension.
