Vietnamese Consulting Organizations or Local Capacity Builders

SNV (Netherlands Development Organisation) in Vietnam is engaged in development cooperation. SNV contributes to poverty reduction through increased income and employment creation for a large group of household, micro and small scale enterprises. Currently, SNV is supporting the development of the cardamom value chain in the Lao Cai province.
SNV would like to invite Vietnamese consulting organizations or Local Capacity Builders to submit a proposal for undertaking the following assignment:
“Research and Development of Technical Manual for Enrichment of Forest Areas where Cardamom is being produced in Lao Cai Province”
The work includes a total of 30 consultancy days and will be implemented in the Lao Cai a province.

Qualified organizations should meet the following criteria:
- At least master level education in a field of forestry
- Very good research and training material development skills
- Knowledgeable in training manual development and ToT training 
- Knowledge on forest enrichment research and development 
- At least 10 years of experiences on forestry and NTFP research and development
- Having experience of working in mountainous regions of Vietnam with extended experience on cardamom & the forest in Lao Cai province.
