Mid-term courses for cooperative controller

I. INTRODUCTION

The objective of DGRV project in Viet Nam is to contribute to the sustainable and effective poverty reduction via the development of social structures and favorable legal framework for the cooperatives and pre-cooperative groups. The project is funded by BMZ (German Ministry for economic cooperation and development) and has been implemented in Vietnam for many years.

In order to comprehensively capacitate staff of cooperative, DGRV is looking for training institution, which can offer mid-term curricular course of the vocation “Cooperative Controller” for current members of advisory board in some cooperatives. The course will be conducted online/offline at the discretion of the organizer.

II. BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT MID-TERM COURSES FOR COOPERATIVE CONTROLLER

2.1.     Participants of the mid-term course

• Participants of the courses are current member of advisory board of cooperatives. Number of participants vary between 30 and 40, depending the ability to control the quality of the training delivered online by the bidder.

2.2.     Time of the mid-term courses

The course will be conducted online in 2022.

2.3.     Requirement for the courses

• Participants of the course should be awarded with certificates of vocation “cooperative controllers” after graduating from the courses. The certificate should be recognized by department of labor, war invalid and social welfare or General department of Vocational training

III.     BIDDING DOCUMENTS

1. Curricular program with authorization of corresponding authorities
2. Price quotiation for courses from 30 to 40 participants
