Norwegian Peoples Aid Vietnam (NPA Vietnam) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of following Medical and Accident package, contract period 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2025:

Description:

1. Medical-Accident Insurance
Quantity: 358 persons

2. Accident Insurance
Quantity: 16 persons

3. Insurance to the 3rd parties (guests, partners, etc. to visit, work at NPA)
Tender will be conducted in accordance with NPA’s open tendering procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement manual, and is open to all interested bidders throughout Vietnam. In addition to the public the Bid Notice, NPA Vietnam will proactively send invitations to insurance companies which are considered their potentialities to be able to response our bid requirements. Each participating insurance broker company is only allowed to submit one bid.

Detailed tender document with instruction to bidders can be obtained by email at [email protected]. Any queries shall be sent to the same email address before 15/01/2024.

Bids will only be considered if received in sealed envelope (02 copies) to the physical address given as below before COB 16:30 31/01/2024:
