Tender Invitation Notice: Supply and delivery of Ford Transit medium SVP (mid-option pack), 16-seater minibus, 2WD, Turbo Diesel 2.4L

Background:

Mines Advisory Group (MAG) is an International Humanitarian Organization clearing the remnants of conflict for the benefit of community's worldwide. MAG has been operational in Quang Tri province since 1999 and then expanding to Quang Binh province in 2003. MAG also conducts risk education sessions during village meetings and at school level to ensure that communities are aware of explosive ordnance contamination and are briefed on how to stay safe in contaminated areas.

As a result of MAG’s work, millions of square metres of land have been released to communities for productive use, such as agriculture, schools, medical clinics, roads, community flood protection facilities and many other development projects. MAG supports the Government of Vietnam in achieving its national development goals. MAG also helps building the capacity of national mine action authorities in areas where we work.

Purpose:

MAG Vietnam is now inviting submissions of Bids to pre-qualify suppliers for the purchase of Ford Transit medium SVP (mid-option pack), 16-seater minibus, 2WD, Turbo Diesel 2.4L  through a public tender bidding process. First order would be 02 minibuses in Nov-Dec 2021.

Suppliers can submit a request for information via email by Thursday, 18-Nov-2021, at 5 pm. 

Deadline of Tender document submission: Friday, 26-Nov-2021, at 5 pm. Hard-copied proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope.

Only selected supplier(s) will be contacted about the outcome of their tenders.
