Title: Technical Assistance towards Improving Efficiency and Impact of Selected Equitized Enterprises in Cao Bang Province (Services)
Maximum budget:  45 000 EUR - Performance Period from June 2012 to December 2012
The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Call for Expressions of Interest for the acquisition of technical services to improve the efficiency and impact of selected equitized enterprises in Cao Bang Province on behalf of Project VIE/029 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any consulting company legally established specialised in equitized enterprise efficiency and impact improvement technical assistance.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the areas of economic development policies, rural economic development, equitized enterprise efficiency and impact improvement and study, and application of different study tools and methods.

The start of the contract is foreseen from June 2012 until December 2012 for duration within 7 months. Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cao Bang Town, Cao Bang Province. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated to 45 000 EUR.

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The latter are available on request at the postal and email addresses given below. The application dossier including the selection criteria and the application form can also be sent by post mail to address as below.

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) firms evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
